2011 AGM - Tuesday 8th February 2011.
Chairman’s Report (Abreviated):
The year 2010 has gone so fast. The Belfast Custom Bike show was the start of the year. Invites for the Ancestors Rally was the same date as the Hog Rally so Andrew and Norrie and myself did the Ancestors and this was the first time we used our generator which we have on a long time loan from Thomas’s father. From Friday night to Sunday afternoon we put in 13ltrs of petrol to boil water for tea. It was a very good turnout and we got speaking the word in the small hours of the morning again. And we pray that God will provide more opportunities. The run to Scotland which Jim and Norrie planned was a great success for team building and I would like to thank them again for their efforts and the thought they put into it. God will richly bless the two of them for it. Psalm 91 Robbie & Heather had such a good time that they didn’t want to stop or couldn’t stop cause they had no brakes. But there again I quoted Ps 91 and that should explain itself "through dangers seen and unseen. God will protect us".
We made a lot of good contacts over the weekend. We received a date for the 2nd Presbyterian in Islandmagee which we did at the start of this year. I thought it was speaking to youth but it was speaking to men to find where they are in God and Davy Fenton spoke extremely well and testimonies from Robbie and Rhonda. I would like to thank Rhonda for taking the time to speak to the Apostolic women in Lisburn and all reports were good. Mike Fitton brought over bibles in the start of the year and we used 5 boxes for the year. We thought we had run out but still have 2 boxes that will do the bike show this weekend 11th Feb 2011. Invitations are already coming in through the website for the 'Dead mans Hand' Rally which will be in Ballymena on the 28th May and another on the 5th-7th Aug, "Drunken Assholes Rally". We have also been invited by Heather to the Ancestors Rally again. So we thank God for all the opportunities he has given throughout 2010 and 2011 seems to be shaping up to be a very busy year also. As chairman i thank you all for all your inputs and suggestions for all your attendances and support over the year. Secretary’s Report:
I’d like to thank you all for the support you have shown to the club over the past year and again it’s been another successful one. We’ve seen the number of events we’ve taken on increase and also an increase in the membership. It’s has also been encouraging to see how quickly the new members settled in and were getting involved in what we were doing. It’s also been encouraging seeing the Lord supply our needs with the bibles, gazebo, banner, trailer and cards. I hope and pray that the Lord will continue to bless us with new members and supply our needs but mostly that what we have tried to do in His name will bring bikers to know Him.
It has been a pleasure to serve as your secretary over the past number of years and I’d like to thank you all for the help and support you have given me during my time in office. I’d like to wish my successor Jim all the best as he takes on his new role and hope you will all support him as you did me. Many thanks and God bless William
Treasurer’s Report:
As Brain was unable to attend Ann gave a handout of the year’s finances to those present and a detailed explanation was given for the income and expenditure.
Election of officers:
Brain and William both stood down and, due to other commitments, were not standing for relection. The club is indebted to these men for their contribution and commitment over many years and it is sad to see them step down but we understand the reasons and look forward to continued fellowship with them in the club.

Proposals:
There was only one proposal for debate this year from William. The proposal was for the post of Vice Chairman to be created as there were times in 2010 when our chairman was unavaialble due to sickness and it was felt that an assistant was essential. Proposed by William and Seconded by Ann G. The proposal was accepted by those present. Election then took place for the new post Vice Chairman: Davy Fenton
